Dr. Manohar brings more than 15 years of experience to the practice. He completed his residency and fellowship at Nassau County Medical Center (now Nassau University Medical Center) in Nassau, New York, receiving extensive training in diagnosing and treating various musculoskeletal problems, including back, neck, and joint pain.

Afterward, Dr. Manohar earned his first professional appointment as an attending physician at the world-renowned Rusk Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Health in New York City. He trained under some of the best in the field, learning how to administer epidural, facet, and other ultrasound-guided injections. Dr. Manohar moved to Texas in 2014, opening his private practice, All Valley Rehabilitation, Spine and Pain Institute.
